As the Catechism teaches us, parents are the first to form their children's faith. They should begin educating their children in the faith as early as possible. To assist parents in faith formation, St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish School of Religion helps parents assist in faith formation for their children. The PSR provides a safe and resourceful environment devoted to developing the whole child. We embrace our African-American heritage with a holistic approach that affirms our faith and strengthens our self-esteem.
